Airshafts
with Leaf Segments
 Select
this style airshaft for coreless and thin-walled cores to
prevent core distortion. Available for 1-1/4" diameter and
up. Leaves available in steel or aluminum with plain, plated
or knurled surface.
Centering
Strip Leaf Airshafts
 This
airshaft maximizes concentricity when mounting close tolerance
I.D. cores. Fixed centering strips mounted between moveable
leaves support the web. Expanding leaves grip even thin
wall cores without distortion.
Trapper
Leaf Airshafts
 Maximize
your coreless web-handling capabilities with this airshaft.
Our patented Trapper Leaf™ grips the leading edge of
one or multiple webs between the underside of the shaft's
raised leaf section and the gripper bar. Simply deflate
shaft for easy removal of coreless wound webs.
Sleeve-Type
Airshafts
 These
lightweight fiberglass sleeve shafts are perfect for 3"
and larger coreless or thin-walled core applications.
