Perma-Bow™
The fixed Perma-Bow™ is known for its stable operating conditions. Specifically, the Perma-Bow™—

• Is available in 3-1/2" to 7-1/2" diameters
• Is adjustable to accommodate a wide variety of web conditions
• Has a full range of cover compounds available for every possible application

Each of our bowed rolls undergoes thorough testing at speeds higher than the operational speed specified to make sure it will meet the tough standards of your operation. While some suppliers may offer large variations in roll diameters, at Nim-Cor we standardize on the most widely used sizes, which gives you improved performance and the best value.

Bowed Roll Bearings

All Nim-Cor bowed rolls are available with a range of bearings suitable for every application.

Bowed Roll Adjustable Bearing Housing

To facilitate the correct alignment of bowed rolls when in use, purchase the optional adjustable bearing housing. This enables the apex of the roll to be rotated to be at the exact web path position for optimal performance. The housing is supplied with a handle and suitable drive shaft to suit each application. A motorized version is available on special request.
